基于森林工程生态系统作用的抚育采伐工程设计审核的探讨

摘要

为适应林业生态建设的需要，引用生态环境评价技术中的“作用因素”、“作用对象”、“作用效应”的概念．探讨基于森林工程生态系统作用的抚育采伐工程设计的审核原则、审核程序和审核的内容要求。%In order to meet the demands of forestry ecological construction, the concepts of ＂influencing factor＂, ＂influencing target＂ and ＂influencing effect＂ in environmental assessment technique were quoted in this paper. Based on the effect of forest engineering ecosystem, the audit principle, audit process together with the content of intermediate felling engineering were all discussed.
