创业认同研究前沿探析与未来展望

摘要

Entrepreneurial identity is a new construct produced from the intersection of social identity and entrepreneurship research fields ,and has gradually been one of independ‐ent issues in western entrepreneurship field .This paper firstly summarizes the connotation of entrepreneurial identity from the multiple perspectives of role internalization ,social categori‐zation and collective recognition .Secondly ,it sorts out the antecedents of entrepreneurial i‐dentity from individual characteristics and entrepreneurial environment perspectives ,and fur‐ther refines the model to construct entrepreneurial identity from the perspectives of commu‐nication and discrepancy theories .T hirdly ,it outlines the influences of entrepreneurial identity on entrepreneurial intention ,passion and success .Finally ,it brings out the integrated model of the antecedents and consequences of entrepreneurial identity and some directions in future re‐search .%创业认同是社会认同研究与创业研究两个领域交叉融合而产生的崭新构念，逐渐成为西方创业学领域的独立议题之一。本文从角色内化、社会类化和集体认可三个视角归纳创业认同的内涵，从个体特征和创业环境视角分别梳理创业认同的影响因素，从信息论和差异论视角分别提炼创业认同的构建模式，阐述创业认同对创业意愿、创业激情和创业成功的影响。最后，提出创业认同的前因后果作用机制整合模型，并展望未来的研究方向。
