多哈回合地理标志谈判以及中国的应对策略

地理标志作为知识产权的一个重要组成部分,在艰难曲折的多哈回合谈判中占据了一席之地.各国出于利益冲突,在地理标志保护问题上分歧严重.多方分歧不仅阻碍了多哈回合谈判的进展,而且在成员方与其他国家签署自由贸易协定中得到反映.基于地理标志议题谈判各国立场分析,我国应利用自身的国际影响,积极推动多边贸易体制中关于地理标志规则的制定,从而为我国地理标志保护创造一个良好的国际环境.%Geographical indication as an important component of intellectual property, has been taking a place in the Doha Round.Divergency of views in geographical indication exists between different countries due to conflict of interest.What's more, the conflict can be seen in free trade agreement.Under the topic of geographical indication, we need to analyze different countries' standpoint.Only in this way can we make use of our international influence to promote the negotiations for geographical indication and create a better environment for the protection of our geographical indication.
