间隔式喷射热泵流程在多效蒸发中的应用研究

             

摘要

依据热泵技术在多效蒸发中应用的特点,结合蒸发浓缩过程成本分析,提出了更加具有经济性的间隔式多效蒸发热泵流程方案,并结合实际蒸发工艺数据设计了配套的两级蒸汽喷射式热泵.指出了热泵蒸发的经济效益在不同工艺过程中差异性较大的原因,并在归纳计算热泵蒸发的经验数据的基础上,对比了普通多效蒸发热泵流程与间隔式多效热泵流程在蒸汽经济性上的数值大小,指明了间隔式热泵流程能大幅度不但具有很高的热能利用率,还能大幅降低多效蒸发有效总温差,尤其适用于热敏性物料的低温蒸发浓缩的突出优点.%The research is based on the characteristic of heat pump technology that is used in the multi-effects evaporation. Considering the cost of the evaporation process, the interlaced heat pump flow which is a more economical flow than other flows is put forward. We also design a two-stage steam jet pump which is based upon the data of industrial evaporation. The reason why the steam efficiency of the heat pump evaporation is changeful in different process is pointed out in this article. The contrast be-tween steam efficiency in normal heat pump multi-effects evaporation and steam efficiency in the interlaced heat pump multi-effects evaporation is concluded in a table which demonstrates the excellence of the interlaced heat pump flow. The calculation is based on the experiential data in heat pump evaporation. The interlaced heat pump flow has a total temperature difference that is lower than other heat pump flows and can be applicable to the evaporation for the heat-sensitive materials.
