扫描声强法在旋片真空泵噪声测量中的应用研究

         

摘要

阐述了声强测量的基本原理与声场指数的作用.以一台2XZ-4A型旋片真空泵为测试对象,通过比较传统声压法与扫描声强法的测量结果,证明声强技术在旋片真空泵声功率级的测量中具有足够高的精度,能够在任何环境下准确评价泵产品的噪声性能,克服了声压法易受环境影响而要进行数值修正的缺点.该方法在噪声测量中具有很高的实用价值.%The principle of sound intensity method has been introduced in this paper,as well as the functions of sound field indicators.Through comparison of measurement results between sound intensity method by scanning and sound pressure method,it is demonstrated that sound intensity technique possesses higher accuracy in the measurement of sound power level of a rotary vane pump.The problems of sound pressure method which is apt to environment influence are conquered by this method ,and it is especially suited to evaluate the noise of pump.This method is highly practical for noise measurements.
