对于管式间接蒸发冷却器改进流程的分析与验证

         

摘要

An idea is that put the primary and second air side of the tube type indirect evaporative cooler in series , and replace the direct evaporative cooling section with indirect evaporative cooler the second air side .With which being applied in tube type indirect evaporative cooler, and then analyse it combining the enthalpy -humidity chart.Based on the testing prototype, combining the concrete experimental data , the changed operation flow is analysed and explained briefly to prove its feasibility .It turned out that the method has a worse cooling effect compared with the two -stage indirect-direct evaporative cooling air conditioning unit .So it is of small significance in practical product development for the unit , now the application of the tube type indirect -direct evapo-rative cooling air conditioning unit is reasonable .%  将间接蒸发冷却器的一、二次空气侧流程串联,以间接蒸发冷却器的二次空气侧取代直接蒸发冷却段,根据这种思路将其应用到管式间接蒸发冷却器中,结合焓湿图对其进行简要的理论分析;在所制作的试验样机下,结合具体试验数据及焓湿图,对其改进流程后的运行过程进行简要的分析说明,来验证其可行性。得出与两级间接-直接蒸发冷却空调机组相比,降温效果差距更大,因此对这样的机组进行产品开发实际可行性意义不大,现今所应用的管式间接-直接蒸发冷却空调机组较为合理。
