To reveal the efficient separation mechanism of Radial Jet Cyclone (RJC),numerical simulation and calculation were performed on the flow field in unsteady state using Reynolds stress model.Compared to the Stairmand Cyclone (SC),the flow field in RJC has a more axisymmetric structure,a larger tangential velocity and smaller short-circuit flow rate which ensures better sepa-ration performance for fine particles,but the pressure drop is higher.Moreover,the short-circuit flow rate of a RJC with a cone shape inner-shell is smaller than that with a cylinder shape inner-shell.%为了揭示径向喷射规整旋流器(RJC)的高效分离机理,在非稳态下采用雷诺应力模型(RSM)对其内部气相流场进行了数值模拟。与Stairmand型旋风分离器(SC)对比发现,RJC的流场更具有轴对称性,切向速度值更大,短路流量更小,更有利于细小颗粒的分离,但是RJC的压降较大。对比“圆柱”型内筒和“圆锥”型内筒2种情况下RJC的短路流量发现,内筒为“圆锥”时,RJC的短路流量更小。
