基于平面波理论的压缩机气流压力脉动r分析与试验研究

         

摘要

以平面波理论为基础,给定符合往复式压缩机气缸启闭规律的边界条件,建立压缩机管路系统气流压力脉动计算模型.搭建压缩机管路气流压力脉动试验测试平台,测量得到实际气流压力脉动值,并与计算结果进行对比,误差仅在10%左右,验证了计算模型的正确性.针对实际工程案例,应用气流压力脉动计算模型,分析讨论了压缩机排气缓冲罐直径、排气口到缓冲罐连接管长度两因素,对管道内气流压力脉动大小的影响规律.结果表明,缓冲罐容积是引起气流压力脉动的主要因素,缓冲罐的容积越大气流压力脉动幅值越小;排气口到缓冲罐连接管道越长,气流压力脉动越剧烈.%Analysis gas pulsation based on acoustic wave theory,giving boundary conditions for the cylinder opening and closing of reciprocating compressor,modeling the calculation model of gas pulsation in compressor pipeline system. Construct experimental platform for measuring gas pulsation. The measurement result of gas pulsation are compared with calculation results, the error is only about 10% .Which verify the accuracy of the calculation model. According to the actual engineering case,using the pressure pulsation calculation model,discussing the influence of two factors on gas pulsation,which are the diameter of exhaust buffer tank、pipe length between exhaust port and buffer tank. The results show that the diameter of the buffer tank is the main factor to cause the gas pulsation. The larger the volume of the buffer tank,the smaller the gas pulsation amplitude;the longer the connecting pipe length of the exhaust port and the buffer tank,the greater the gas pulsation amplitude.
