转套式配流系统配流口结构及对工作脉动的影响

         

摘要

As one of the key component in distributing-flow system,its structure of the distributing slot influences the working pulsation of the whole distributing system greatly. We design three types of distributing-flow port of rotating sleeve based on the whole distributing-flow system,respectively there are the square port、the round port and the double port. First of all,we built mathematical model for three types flow area of rotating sleeve and analysed its characteristic and law of changes. Then in order to study the influence of different distributing slot on flow ripple and pressure fluctuation,we simulated different fluid model of distributing slot about fluid dynamics by software Fluent. By comparing results,we summarized that the flow area of square port is the maximum and its flow curve is more smooth and steady than others;the round slot has the less influence on flow ripple and pressure fluctuation,so different rotating sleeve apply to different distributing-flow system based on varied requirements.%转套作为配流系统的核心零件之一,其配流口的结构形状对整个配流系统的工作脉动影响较大.以配流系统为研究对象,设计方形配流口、圆形配流口、双配流口3种不同配流口结构转套.首先建立了3种配流口过流面积的数学建模,分析过流面积的变化特点与规律.为了研究不同配流口对配流系统的流量特性与压力特性的影响,利用流体仿真分析软件Fluent,对3种配流口结构的流体模型进行流体动力学仿真.结果表明方形配流口配流面积最大,配流曲线较平稳,圆形配流口对流量脉动和压力脉动影响最小,所以可根据对配流系统的不同要求选用不同结构的转套.
