为研究煤液化单元中典型装置——高压差调节阀的冲刷腐蚀现象,采用CFD模拟技术,基于离散相模型(DPM)、RNG k-ε湍流模型和磨损模型,对调节阀展开流场特性和磨蚀计算.讨论了阀门开度、结构、介质特性、工况条件对调节阀磨损的影响,结果表明磨损主要发生于阀芯与阀座之间的区域,该处的固相浓度高,流速大是造成磨损主要原因.计算结果与生产现场现象一致,说明模拟分析具有可行性与准确性.%In order to study the erosion of high differential pressure control valve in typical coal liquefaction device unit,CFD simulation technology,RNG k-ε Turbulence model,discret phase model and erosion model are adopted to calculate the fluid characteristics and erosion of valve. The effects of valve opening,structure,dielectric properties and working conditions on the wear of the valve are discussed. The results show that wear mainly occurred in the area between the valve core and the valve seat, and the high solid concentration and high flow rate is the main cause of erosion. The result of the calculation is consistent with the production field phenomenon,which shows that the simulation analysis is feasible and accurate.
