大茴香醛质量标准研究

摘要

研究验证大茴香醛的技术要求及检验方法.采用定性、定量分析方法,包括用薄层色谱和红外光谱与标准品进行定性比对,对大茴香醛各项指标进行测定.此研究可为制订大茴香醛的质量控制标准提供参考.%The technical requirements and inspection methods of P-amsaldehyde were studied and tested in this paper. A number of indicators for P-anisaldehyde were determined with qualitative and quantitative analysis, including comparison qualitatively with standard sample by thin layer chromatogram and infra-red spectra. The results can be used in setting quality standard of Panisaldehyde.
