化妆品保湿和皮肤弹性间的关系初探

Four moisturizing creams named sample A,sample B,sample C and sample D had been studied by CK MPA580 skin tester. Changes of the moisture content and elasticity of the skin before and after the use of the product (double-blind test) were used to evaluate the moisturizing and elasticity effectiveness of the product (product control and self-control design). The results showed that after 28 days of continued using sample A,sample B,sample C and sample D,the skin moisture and elas-ticity of 58 volunteers were improved. It is concluded that the four products can improve skin moisture and increase skin elastic-ity. At the same time,the experimental results show that the increase of moisturizing can contribute to the increase of skin e-lasticity correspondingly.%通过使用德国CK MPA580皮肤测试仪等仪器，采用双盲测试，测量4种不同膏霜样品A、B、C和D使用前后皮肤水分和弹性状况的变化，评价样品的保湿和弹性功效（采用产品间对照和自身对照设计）。结果显示，58名有效志愿者持续使用样品A、样品B、样品C和样品D 28天后，皮肤含水量和弹性都有所改善。研究表明，4种产品都具有提高皮肤水分含量和改善皮肤弹性的效果，试验结果显示上述4种膏霜化妆品在提供保湿的同时可以相应提高皮肤的弹性。
