天然来源复配防腐体系的功效研究

摘要

采用防腐功效评价研究天然来源防腐剂Microcare?SB、Dermosoft?1388和Geogard?Ultra在化妆品中的抑菌性能,提出了新型的复配防腐方案,并研究了在不同的剂型配方中,其用量和pH对抑菌效果的影响.结果表明:当复配物中Dermosoft 1388质量分数为1.50%、Geogard Ultra的质量分数为0.4%~0.5%,且体系的pH在5~5.5之间,复配物在各种剂型配方中均有良好的抑菌效果.%Bacterial inhibitory performance of a blend of Microcare? SB、Dermosoft? 1388 and Geogard? Ultra in cosmetics was studied by antimicrobial efficacy test. Effects of dosage of the antibacterial agents and pH of the system on inhibition result were evaluated. Results showed that when the mass fraction of Dermosoft 1388 was 1.50% and Geogard Ultra was 0.4%to 0.5%, as well as the pH 5 to 5.5, the system provided good antibacterial performance.
