一起电焊失火案的调查与分析

摘要

Introduced the accident investigation process of a warehouse electric welding fire, through on-site investigation, inquiry, monitoring analysis and simulation experiment, the fire location and fire point was identified.Using exclusive method,the fire cause was identified as remaining fire igniting combustible, the experience was concluded such as acquiring key witness testimony at the first time, comprehensively inspecting fire site and extracting key material evidence.%介绍了某公司仓库电焊失火案的事故调查过程,通过现场勘查、调查询问、监控分析、模拟实验,确定起火部位及起火点,利用排除法,确定起火原因为电焊遗留火种引燃可燃物,总结了此类火灾调查的经验,如第一时间调查询问取得关键证人证言,全面勘察火灾现场,提取关键物证等.
