消防卫星通信网转扩频技术探讨

摘要

Introduced the technical characteristics and the necessity of rotating and spreading spectrum of fire satellite communication network, from the technical preparation, staff and schedule management, the implementation of rotating and spreading spectrum was described. Further analyzed the problems including problems of technical level, the variety of BUC equipment vibration and single automatic- to- star mode of stationary antenna. Suggestions for further construction and management of fire satellite communication network are put forward.%介绍消防卫星通信网的技术特点及扩、转频工作的必要性,从技术准备、人员安排、时间安排三方面论述扩、转频工作的实施情况,分析扩、转频工作中存在的问题,包括技术水平问题及重视程度问题、BUC设备多种本振及静中通天线存在自动对星模式单一等问题.对消防卫星通信网的建设和管理提出建议.
