商场类建筑火灾直接财产损失预估模型

摘要

根据商场的火灾损失特性及商品受损机理,在调查统计的基础上简化商品物质组成,将损失情况进一步划分为燃烧损失、高温损失、水渍损失和烟渍损失,并通过FDS量化各类商品的受损情况及受损率,以此建立能够较为客观反映该类场所火灾现场的直接损失预估模型,并通过实例计算验证了模型的可操作性,阐明了模型的使用方法.%According to the features of fire and the damage mechanism,the constituents of merchandise were simplified based on the investigation,the direct losses has been further divided into burning losses,temperature losses,smoke losses and water losses.Through FDS,the specific damage and the damaged-rate was quantified.The estimation model has been built and an example has been described too to verify the operability and to introduce the usage of the model.
