对新疆吐鲁番地区工业园区发展的调查与思考

The Turpan region is the only area that has industrial parks among cities and counties in Xinjiang. It is of great significance for the industrial parks to achieve breakthroughs in investment and economy in great - leap - forward development in Xinjiang. In this paper, field visits are made to the Park Management Committee, industrial enterprises and relevant departments in the Turpan region and lots of first - hand information is collected. And this will do help to know more about its development, problems and challenges and seize the opportunity that industrialization differences bring to the resource - based economic development and the leap-forward development of the industrial parks in the Turpan area with ＂Xinjiang efficiency＂ and ＂Turpan speed＂.%吐鲁番地区是新疆县市中县县均有园区的唯一地州。工业园区如何在新一轮的大开发、大开放、大建设的发展中率先求得突破，打造投资和经济发展的“高地”？本文通过实地走访吐鲁番地区“两县一市”园区管委会、工业企业和有关部门，掌握了大量第一手资料，对吐鲁番地区工业园区发展状况、面临的难题以及园区工业经济如何抓住产业化差异区域政策为资源型经济发展带来的契机，以“新疆效率”，“吐鲁番速度”推进工业园区的跨越式发展做了进一步思考。
