三维四步法纱线不同运动式样编织复合材料力学性能分析

         

摘要

通过对三维四步法1×3式样、1×5式样编织复合材料几何细观结构的研究,采用六边形纤维束截面假设,建立了一种三维四步法1×3式样、1×5式样编织复合材料有限元3D模型,对其拉伸、压缩和剪切力学性能进行了理论分析,并与试验结果进行了对比,验证了有限元3D模型的准确性.%Based on the study of the microscopic geometrical structure of three-dimensional four-step 1x3 style,1x5 style braided composites,a finite element 3D model for this type of braided composites was established with the assumption that the yarn cross-section was hexagonal.The mechanical properties such as tensile,compression and shear properties were analyzed theoretically and compared with the experimental results,which verified the accuracy of the finite element 3D model.
