基于 ANSYS Workbench 固定导架刚强度分析

摘要

Through modeling three-dimensional for the fixed guide by Pro/E,the finite element software ANSYS Workbench was used to analyse the stress and displacement of the fixed guide.Distribution about the deformation and strength of the fixed guides has gotten.According to the calculated results,ANSYS Workbench optimization module was used to optimize structure,it can be a reference to design and design and calculation for the similar frame.%通过 Pro／E 软件对铝电解多功能起重机固定导架进行三维建模，利用有限元软件 ANSYS Workbench 对固定导架进行刚强度分析。得出固定导架的变形与强度分布情况，并根据计算结果利用 ANSYS Workbench 的优化模块对其进行结构优化，为类似结构的设计计算提供了参考。
