金堆城钼精矿焙烧烟气中铼回收技术研究及工业试验项目设计

     

摘要

The technical research and the construction of the industrial test project of recovery rhenium from roasting gas of Jinduicheng molybdenum concentrate realized the comprehensive utilization of rhenium resources.The acid wastewater was produced by the acid making process could be effectively treated,and the economic benefits could also be obtained.Based on the comparison wite the results of the preliminary small test,the ion exchange process for the production of ammonium perrhenate was adopted.The selected equipments are under the first-class technology level in China.Compared with other similar projects in the same period,the project shows the advantages of short construction cycle,rapid production capacity,high product quality,and works well in the industrial production.%金堆城钼精矿焙烧烟气中铼回收技术研究及工业试验项目的建设实现金属铼资源的综合利用,在获得经济效益的同时,可有效的处理制酸过程产生的污酸污水,本项目经前期小型试验结果对比,选择采用离子交换法生产高铼酸铵工艺流程,主要设备选择国内一流技术装备水平,较同时期其他几个类似项目,显示出建设周期短、产能提升快、产品品质高等优势,竣工投产后效果良好.
