工业硅生产过程中防止炭素电极断裂的措施

According to the analysis of characteristics of carbon electrode, puts forward the calculation method to deter-mine the diameter of the carbon electrode of silicon metal furnace and the carbon electrode current carrying capacity and the reference method, basing on the theory of carbon electrode consumption established judgement method of electric fur-nace running through the electrode consumption, puts forward the prevention of carbon electrode fracture in industrial sil-icon production process measures.%根据炭素电极的特性分析，提出了工业硅炉炭素电极直径确定的方法和炭素电极载流能力的计算及参照方法，参照炭素电极的理论消耗建立了通过电极消耗量判断电炉运行状态的方法，由此提出了在工业硅生产过程中预防炭素电极断裂的措施。
