高硅合金碳含量控制方法的实践

通过生产高硅锰硅和硅铬合金的实际数据，总结出在合金硅含量相同的条件下，随着合金相中锰铁比或铬铁比的升高，含碳量也有升高的趋势。并论述了控制高硅合金含碳量的有效方法。%Through the actual data produced by high silicon manganese silicon and silicochromium, it sums up under the same conditions of the silicon alloy content, with increasing of the ferromanganese ratio or ferrochrome ratio in alloy phase, carbon content also tended to increase. It discusses the effective methods to control the carbon content of high silicon alloy.
