从提高电炉效能的角度出发,探讨矿热电炉尤其是生产铁合金的矿热电炉节能措施和方向,以期显著提高大型矿热电炉的工作效率,使矿热电炉具有良好的技术经济指标。介绍了一种专用于矿热电炉的二次低压全自动动态无功节能补偿监控系统,该系统采用PLC、组态软件、工业远程安全通讯模块等构建安全的设备远程运营保障中心,实现对补偿设备进行远程调试、数据采集、集中监控。%AbstractOn the point of increasing furnace efficiency, it explores the energy-saving measures and direction of submerged arc furnaces,especially the submerged arc furnace of producing ferroalloys in order to dramatically improve the efficiency of large-scale submerged arc furnace,make furnace have good technical and economic indicators. This paper introduces a energy-monitoring system,which dedicates to submerged arc furnace secondary low-voltage dynamic reactive power automatic compensation. The system uses PLC(Programmable Logic Controller), configuration software, industrial remote communications module to build a secure safety devices,that protects remote operations center, and to realize the compensation device remote debugging,data collection,centralized monitoring.
