一种矿热炉电气全电量信息采集系统

摘要

基于增产降耗为目的，提出一种矿热炉电气全电量信息化采集系统，对矿热炉各项电气参数进行采集，并进行信息化处理，然后形成各项有效数据库，从而可提高生产制造过程中关键环节的自动化操作水平，减少人为因素，提高生产稳定性，为冶炼生产过程控制自动化提供必要的数据支撑，是矿热炉自动化冶炼中重要的技术节能手段和信息化措施。%AbstractIn order to increase production and reduce consumption,it proposed an all-parameter information collection system which is used to submerged arc furnace. It can collect all the parameters of furnace and process. Then it can form all kind of effective databases. Consequently,it can improve the automation level, reduce human factors,promote the production stability. Therefore,it can supply the necessary data to control automation in smelting. It is the important energy saving technology and information measure in automatic production of furnace.
