Compare with growth hormone and antibiotics, because of no drug resistance and no residual, probiotics get more and more consumer welcome. Probiotics have much advantages, such as control animal digestive disease, improve animal production performance, prevention and control environmental pollution, and so on. This article reviewed the current application situation of probiotics in animal raising and looking trends of probiotics.%益生素作为生长激素和抗生素的替代品之一，以其无药物残留和无耐药性越来越受到消费者的欢迎。益生素在防治动物消化道疾病、提高动物生产性能、防治环境污染等方面具有良好的促进作用。文章综述了近年来益生素在畜牧养殖业中的应用现状及其发展趋势。
