增塑剂对可降解薄膜力学性能的影响

         

摘要

The crosslinking carboxymethyl starch (CCMC) is chose as the material for making starch-based biodegradable film, added with different kinds and ratios of plasticizers. As a result, the best conditons of making film is as following, 0.4%triethanolamine, 0.4% glycerol, and 0.6% polyethylene glycol. The results demonstrate that the short chain plasticizers increase the elongation of film rupture, long chain plasticizers enhance the tensile strength of the film. In conclusion, the three previous plasticizers can arouse a significant increase of synergetic plastification for the film.%  以交联羧甲基淀粉为原料,分别加入不同种类及比例增塑剂,制成不同性质的淀粉基可降解薄膜,确定增塑剂的最佳组合为:三乙醇胺0.4%,甘油0.4%,聚乙二醇0.6%。结果表明,短链增塑剂能提高膜的断裂伸长率,长链增塑剂会增强膜的拉伸强度,3种增塑剂共同使用时增塑效果更加明显。
