复合舵机直线加载实验台设计和实验

         

摘要

A compound actuator linear loading test stand is designed including a hydraulic power supply, a controller of hydraulic power supply, a compound actuator, a loading actuator, loading moment of inertia and platform of supporting. The AVR128 single chip is the core chip of the hydraulic power supply controller. Using NI LabWindows/CVI and the real-time extension (RTX) for Microsoft Windows realizes real time control. The inertia discs, which are driven by rack and pinion in the loading channel, can simulate aircraft rudders inertia. What is more, the moment of inertia can be adjusted by using weights. The test stand can be used not only as a platform of hardware in loop for a compound actuator design and its performance evaluation but also as experiments of related courses for undergraduate and graduate students.%设计了复合舵机直线加载实验台,包括油源、油源控制器、舵机控制器、复合舵机、加载舵机、加载惯量盘以及支撑台体等.油源控制器采用AVR128单片机作为核心控制芯片,控制系统软件使用NI LabWin-dows/CVI和Microsoft Windows操作系统的实时扩展RTX实现实时控制.加载通道的齿轮齿条惯量盘可以模拟飞机舵面的转动惯量,并且可以使用配重块调节转动惯量.该实验台既可以作为复合舵机设计、性能评价的半实物仿真平台,也可以用于本科生、硕士研究生相关课程的实验.
