This article reviews the history and summarizes the experience . This article points out that persisting in service should be the highest ,and persisting in quality should be the first .This article also points out it should be done that persisting in seeking truth and dealing with cnerete matters , persisting in contribution and cooperotion ,and respecting the cause to keep forging ahead , constantly reforming and innovating , and constantly improving the quality and the level of the Journal ,to create the excellent journal .
