政府采购活动中围标现象产生根源分析及对策

摘要

The bid-ringing phenomena occurred in government procurement activities and avoidance of phenomena are analyzed with the case.The root of bid-ringing phenomenon and its harm on the government procurement are stipulated.The considerations and suggestions for solving the problems are proposed from various aspects,including the policy guidance,supervision and management,procurement activities,interest bodies,basic information construction,etc.%通过案例，对在政府采购活动中出现的围标现象及对围标现象产生的根源进行分析，阐明围标现象对政府采购活动造成的危害，从政策指导、监督管理、采购活动涉及各利益主体及基础信息建设等方面提出解决该问题的思考与建议。
