通过一系列的调查研究和理论分析,对重大科研仪器设备研制专项的特征进行了归纳,并对所调研的重大仪器设备专项的建设情况进行了总结,探讨了科研仪器设备专项建设中面临的问题,提出了对策及建议,为重大仪器设备专项的实施与管理提供参考,进一步促进重大仪器设备的研发.%Through a series of the investigations and the theoretical analysis ,the characteristics of the special projects for the development of major scientific research instruments and equipment are summed up ,and the construction of the investigated special projects for the development of such instruments and equipment is summarized .The problems faced in the construction of the special projects for such instruments and equipment are discussed ,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward so as to provide the references for the implementation and management of the special projects for such instruments and equipment and to further promote the R&D of the major instruments and equipment .
