信息技术在大学生创新创业训练计划项目管理中的应用

摘要

In order to effectively improve the innovative and entrepreneurial ability and the employment competitiveness of the provincial college students,and to implement the spirit of"Basic requirements of teaching of entrepreneurial education in general undergraduate colleges(trial)"issued by the Ministry of Education so as to make colleges and universities become the fertile soil for encouraging innovation and fostering entrepreneurship,Harbin University of Commerce becomes one of the first provincial colleges in Heilongjiang province to implement the national college students' innovative and entrepreneurial training programs through the selection of the Ministry of Education.This paper studies the application of information technology in the project management of national college students' innovative and entrepreneurial training programs,and actively explores the innovation of project management means and methods for such training programs in provincial colleges.%为切实提高省属高校学生的创新创业能力和就业竞争力,贯彻落实教育部《普通本科学校创业教育教学基本要求(试行)》精神,使高等学校成为鼓励创新、培育创业的沃土,哈尔滨商业大学通过教育部遴选,成为黑龙江省首批实施国家级大学生创新创业计划训练项目的省属高校.该文就信息技术在国家级大学生创新创业训练计划项目管理中的应用进行了研究,对省属高校开展大学生创新创业训练计划项目的管理手段创新和管理方式创新进行了积极探索.
