目的:探讨硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的临床疗效.方法:选取2015年12月至2017年10月松滋市人民医院收治的妊娠期高血压疾病患者132例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组66例.对照组患者单纯给予硫酸镁治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合拉贝洛尔治疗.观察两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、24 h尿蛋白量、临床疗效和分娩结局.结果:治疗后,观察组患者收缩压、舒张压及24 h尿蛋白量明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者的总有效率为96.97％(64/66),明显高于对照组的86.36％(57/66),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者的不良分娩结局发生率为6.06％(4/66),明显低于对照组的15.15％(10/66),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的效果显著,可改善患者的分娩结局.%OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol in treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. METHODS: 132 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy admitted into Songzi People's Hospital from Dec. 2015 to Oct. 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table, with 66 cases in each. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate alone, while the observation group was given magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol. The systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, 24 h urine protein content, clinical efficacy and delivery outcome of both groups were observed. RESULTS: After treatment, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and 24 h urine protein content of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05); the total effective rate of observation group was 96.97％ (64/66), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (86.36％, 57/66), with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05); the rate of adverse outcome of delivery of observation group was 6.06％ (4/66), which was significantly lower than that of the control group (15.15％, 10/66), with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol in treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is remarkable, which can improve patients' delivery outcome.
