肿瘤内科临床药师的药学服务实践

摘要

目的：探索临床药师在肿瘤内科开展药学服务的内容与方法。方法：针对典型案例，阐述临床药师如何在肿瘤内科开展药学服务，在实践中总结开展药学服务的方法。结果：临床药师参与肿瘤患者的药物治疗，避免了药物拮抗等相互作用，降低了药品不良反应发生率。结论：临床药师应总结专科药物治疗特点，不仅可帮助患者了解正确的用药方法，还能帮助患者分析药物之间的相互作用和药品不良反应，体现临床药师的作用和职业价值，促进合理用药。%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the contents and approaches of pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacists in oncology department.METHODS: To describe how to carry out pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacists in oncology department via the analysis of typical cases, and approaches of pharmaceutical care were summarized during the practice.RESULTS: The participation of clinical pharmacists in the medication treatment of cancer patients had avoided the interactions of drug antagonism and decreased the incidence of adverse drug reactions.CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pharmacists'summary in the characteristics of medication treatment could not only assist patients in understanding the correct way of medication, but also in analyzing the interactions of drugs and adverse drug reactions, which embody the role and the professional value of clinical pharmacists and promote the ration drug use.
