消肿化瘀汤对急性脑梗死患者血清钙结合蛋白A12、超敏 C反应蛋白水平的影响

摘要

目的：探讨消肿化瘀汤对急性脑梗死患者血清钙结合蛋白A12（ S100A12）、超敏C反应蛋白（ hs－CRP）水平的影响。方法：选取梅州市大埔县人民医院2011年1月—2015年1月急性脑梗死患者136例，采用随机数字表法分为2组，对照组患者（66例）给予控制血压、脑保护和对症支持等常规治疗措施，观察组患者（70例）在对照组基础上加用消肿化瘀汤治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效，采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测2组患者血清S100A12和hs－CRP水平并进行对比分析。结果：观察组患者的总有效率[97．14％（68／70）]明显高于对照组[72．73％（48／66）]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；治疗后，2组患者血清S100A12、hs－CRP水平均明显低于治疗前，且观察组患者上述指标均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：消肿化瘀汤治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效显著，并可明显改善患者血清S100A12、hs－CRP水平，从而改善神经功能恢复程度。%OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Xiaozhong Huayu decoction( decoction for subsiding swelling and dissipating blood stagnation) on serum Ca-binding protein A12(S100A12) and high-sensitivity C reactive protein ( hs-CRP ) in patients with acute cerebral infarction.METHODS: 136 patients with acute cerebral infarction in Meizhou Dapu County People's Hospital between Jan.2011 and Jan.2015 were randomized to either control group(66 cases) given routine treatment alone including blood pressure control, brain protection and symptomatic treatment or observation group(70 cases) given add-on Xiaozhong Huayu decoction.The two groups were compared with regard to clinical efficacy, S100A12 and hs-CRP levels as detected by ELISA method.RESULTS:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group [ 97.14%( 68/70 ) vs.72.73%( 48/66 ) , P<0.05].S100A12 and hs-CRP levels in both groups were significantly lower after treatment as compared with before the treatment( P<0.05) , and after treatment, the observation group showed significantly lower levels of S100A12 and hs-CRP than did the control group( P<0.05) .CONCLUSIONS:Xiaozhong Huayu decoction showed remarkable clinical efficacy for acute cerebral infarction and it can significantly improve patients’ serum S100A12 and hs-CRP levels so as to improve the degree of recovery of nervous function.
