专项整治和干预前后兰州市中医医院抗菌药物应用分析

摘要

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application of antibiotics in Lanzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital before and after special rectification and intervention(hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”), and to evaluate the effects of rectification and intervention.METHODS: Through hospital information system, the application data of antibiotics in 2013(before special rectification and intervention) and 2014(after special rectification and intervention) were extracted;and statistical analysis was conducted on the antibiotics use density(AUD), define daily dose system ( DDDs) .RESULTS:The application rate of antibiotics in outpatients decreased from 19.98%in 2013 to 16.06% in 2014.The AUD of inpatients decreased from 48.24 DDDs/(100 people・d) in 2013 to 39.67 DDDs/(100 people・d) in 2014, the decreasing range was 17.77%.And there were irrational phenomenon in the preventive application of antibiotics in type I incision during perioperative period.CONCLUSIONS: Special rectification and intervention can promote the rational application of antibiotics in our hospital to some extent.It is still necessary to further standardize the clinical application of antibiotics and improve the level of rational application of drugs.%目的：了解实施抗菌药物临床应用专项整治和干预前后兰州市中医医院（以下简称“我院”）抗菌药物应用情况，评估整治和干预效果。方法：通过医院信息系统，提取我院2013年（整治和干预前）、2014年（整治和干预后）抗菌药物使用数据，对抗菌药物使用强度（ antibiotics use density，AUD）、用药频度（ define daily dose system，DDDs）等进行统计分析。结果：我院门诊患者抗菌药物使用率2013年的19．98％降至2014年的16．06％；住院患者AUD由2013年的48．24 DDDs／（100人・d）降至2014年的39．67 DDDs／（100人・d），降幅达17．77％；Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物还存在不合理现象。结论：实施抗菌药物临床应用专项整治和干预活动，对我院抗菌药物的合理应用起到了一定的促进作用。仍应进一步规范抗菌药物的临床应用，提高合理用药水平。
