OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effects of Bifid-triple viable capsules combined with mesalazine on IL-21 ,IL-22 and IL-7 in patients with ulcerative colitis .METHODS: 120 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted into Dongguan Tangxia People's Hospital from Feb.2010 to Feb.2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table ,with 60 cases in each .Two groups were given symptomatic treatment , the observation group were treated with Bifid-triple viable capsules combined with mesalazine ,while the control group only received mesalazine .The efficacy ,IL-21 ,IL-22 and IL-7 of two groups were observed after treatment of 2 months . RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group .After treatment, IL-21, IL-22 and IL-7 of observation group was ignificantly higher than that of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .The recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group ,with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Bifid-triple viable capsules combined with mesalazine in treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis is remarkable , which can promote the improvement of inflammation .It is worthy of application and promotion .%目的：探讨双歧三联活菌胶囊联合美沙拉嗪对患者体内白细胞介素7（IL-7）、白细胞介素21（IL-21）、白细胞介素22（IL-22）的影响。方法：选取2010年2月—2015年2月东莞市塘厦人民医院收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者120例作为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例。2组患者均给予对症治疗，观察组患者给予双歧三联活菌胶囊联合美沙拉嗪治疗，对照组患者给予美沙拉嗪治疗。连续治疗2个月后观察2组患者疗效及体内IL-7、IL-21、IL-22的情况。结果：观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组；治疗后，观察组患者IL-7、IL-21、IL-22检测值明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；观察组患者的复发率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论：双歧三联活菌胶囊联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著，促进炎症改善，值得推广。
