潜孔冲击器故障分析

             

摘要

At present, our country oil prospecting mainly concentrates in the west areas where most of are mountain area and a large number of portable drilling rig are used in. During geophysical drilling, air hammer often presented failures such as air hammer weakness or lock, which resulted in low efficiency and high cost. According to the features of exploration region and the impact structure of air hammer, this paper analyzes the fault reason, and put forward the corresponding improvement suggestion.%目前我国石油勘探主要集中在西部探区,其地表山区分布广泛,使用着大量的人抬式轻便钻机,利用空气冲旋钻井。在钻井过程中,经常会出现冲击器冲击无力、卡滞,甚至报废等故障,导致钻井效率降低、钻井成本增加。本文针对探区的地层特点和冲击器结构,分析了冲击器发生故障的原因,并提出了相应的改进建议。
