南京市煤电企业大气污染物初始排污权核定方法比选研究

             

摘要

The paper compared several common methods for the accounting of atmospheric pollutants, combined with actual situation of the coal fired power facility in Nanjing. The results showed that, calculations of initial emission right of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides were suggested by the flue-gas volume method with 300 MW and above large units;For small and medium sized units below 300 MW, sulfur dioxide was recommended to adopt the material balance algorithm and the pollution-coefficient method was proposed for the accounting of nitrogen oxides.%结合南京市煤电企业的实际情况,对常用的几种大气污染物核定方法进行了比较.结果表明:300 MW及以上的大型机组,对二氧化硫、氮氧化物初始排污权的核定建议采用烟气量法;300 MW以下的中小型机组,二氧化硫建议采用物料衡算法,氮氧化物建议采用产污系数法.
