东莞市重点行业VOCS治理技术的调查研究

摘要

挥发性有机物(VOCS)作为导致大气环境污染恶化的主要前体物,已经同二氧化硫、NOx和颗粒物等成为目前我国重点城市群的主要大气污染物,如何选择合适的VOCS治理技术是重点行业面临的重要问题.在调研大量VOCS治理技术样本数据和工程案例基础上,分析了重点行业VOCS治理技术应用现状,选取多种处理技术为研究对象,探讨了不同治理技术的适用范围和适用对象,以期为东莞市重点行业VOCS治理在技术选择上提供参考.%As Volatile organic compounds((VOCS)are precursors resulting in atmospheric environmental quality deterioration,has become China's major pollutant in key urban areas like sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and particulate matter,therefore how to select the suitable VOCStreating technology in Key Industries is the major problem for emission control of these operations.In the article,based on a large number of investigations of VOCStreating technology sample data and project cases,VOCStreatment technology application status in key industries is analyzed,a variety of treatment technology as the research object is selected,the applying conditions and applicable object of these difference techniques are also discussed,and all these technologies used for treatment were assessed.
