饮用水水源地水污染防治体系的建立——以贵州省盘县白河沟水库流域为例

摘要

在对贵州省盘县白河沟水库流域自然-经济-社会复合生态系统现状和主要环境问题诊断分析的基础上，提出了白河沟水库流域水污染系统防治体系建设的指导思想、建设原则和总体框架，为饮用水源地水污染系统防治建立提供参考。%Based on the diagnosis and analysis of the current situation and major environmental problems of the compound ecological system （ nature - economy - society） of Baihegou Reservoir, the guiding principles, basis and overall framework are proposed to establish the water pollution prevention and control system in the reservoir basin. It could provide a reference for building such a system at the drinking water source area.
