冷阱捕集-GC-PFPD法测定大气中有机硫化物

     

摘要

Gas chromatography -pulse type flame photometry (GC-PFPD)method was developed for the deter-mination of 8 kinds of organic sulfur in the form of gas based on the cold trap condensed gas samples.The experi-mental results showed that the correlation coefficient of 8 kinds of organic sulfide (methyl mercaptan and ethanethi-ol,sulfide,carbon sulfide,thiophene,party a and party b sulfur ether,ethyl ether and dimethyl disulfide ether) within the range of 0. 056 ~1. 06 mg/m3 was 0. 991 ~0. 9995 with the detection limit of 0. 002 ~0. 067 ng and the precision of 0. 20% ~0. 20% and the standard addition recovery of 89. 3% ~1 19. 0%.This method was simple to operate with high sensitivity and good precision and accuracy.Meanwhile,it was convenient to sample the air.The test result of the method was satisfied.%建立了冷阱捕集浓缩气体样品,气相色谱-脉冲式火焰光度法(GC -PFPD)测定气体中8种有机硫化物的方法。实验表明甲硫醇、乙硫醇、甲硫醚、二硫化碳、噻吩、甲乙硫醚、乙硫醚和二甲二硫醚8种有机硫化物在0.056~1.06 mg/m3内方法相关系数为0.991~0.9995,检出限为0.002~0.067ng,精密度为0.20%~5.45%,加标回收率为89.3%~119.0%。本方法操作简单,灵敏度高,具有较好的精密度和准确度而且采样简单便捷。方法用于环境空气中有机硫化物的测定,效果满意。
