机械加工车间粉尘污染特性数值模拟研究

     

摘要

In order to effectively solve the problem of inaccurate prediction of dust concentration in conventional dust numeri-cal simulation, a numerical simulation model of dust pollution characteristics based on CFD discrete technology was designed. Ac-cording to the actual polluted environment of the machine shop, the boundary conditions of the model and the parameters of dust particle source are determined. According to the theory of gas-solid two-phase flow, the numerical value of dust diffusion is calculated to realize the simulation of dust pollution characteristics. The movement law and concentration distribution characteris-tics of dust in workshop are analyzed by combining numerical simulation with field test. The validity of the model is verified by an example. The results show that the simulated dust concentration values are basically close to the field measured data, and the ac-curacy of numerical simulation is 27. 31% higher than that of the conventional model. It has practical popularization significance. It can provide reference for dust control technology in workshop.%为有效解决常规粉尘数值模拟时出现的粉尘浓度预测不准确的问题,设计了一种基于CFD离散技术的粉尘污染特性数值模拟模型.根据机械加工车间的实际污染环境,确定模型的边界条件及粉尘颗粒源参数,依据气固两相流理论,对粉尘扩散数值进行计算,实现粉尘污染特性的模拟.利用数值模拟与现场测试相结合的方式分析了车间内粉尘的运动规律及浓度分布特征,并通过实例论证分析的方式验证了该模型的有效性,结果表明:该模拟的粉尘浓度数值与现场实测数据基本接近,较常规模型的数值模拟准确率高27. 31% ,具备实际推广意义,能够为车间控尘技术提供参考.
