大型工程室内装修人造材料游离甲醛含量监测研究

     

摘要

The method of multi-sensor acquisition is used to collect free formaldehyde from large-scale indoor decoration artificial materials. Statistical sample analysis is carried out on the collected formaldehyde content data, and pollution detection is carried out on the sampled indoor decoration artificial materials free formaldehyde substances by double analysis methods of visual analysis and chemical analysis. The hardware design system mainly includes formaldehyde substance sensing information acquisi-tion module, pollution substance detection mode identification module and human-computer interaction module, etc. The inte-grated DSP control method is adopted to carry out the hardware integrated design of formaldehyde monitoring system. The test re-sults show that the system has good intelligence in monitoring the free formaldehyde content of artificial materials for indoor decora-tion in large-scale projects, and the monitoring results are accurate and reliable.%采用多传感器采集方法进行大型工程室内装修人造材料游离甲醛采集,对采集的甲醛含量数据进行统计样本分析,对取样的室内装修人造材料游离甲醛物质通过视觉分析和化学分析双重分析方法进行甲醛污染检测.系统硬件设计中,主要有甲醛物质传感信息采集模块、污染物质检测的模式识别模块和人机交互模块等,采用集成DSP控制方法进行甲醛监测系统的硬件集成设计.测试结果表明,采用该系统进行大型工程室内装修人造材料游离甲醛含量监测的智能性较好,监测结果准确可靠.
