燃煤电厂LXMC型袋式除尘器仿真设计软件的开发研究

摘要

Taking the raw material of 300 MW unit at a coal -fired power plan as the research object, this paper described the reason and general development path of software by Visual Basic 6.0 with reference to the dust extraction standards prescribed in the new version of coal -fired power plant discharge standard（ GB13223 -2011 ） from analysis on simulation software needs, content, level structures. This paper discusses the simulation software interface function design and the interface of the beautification and so on. Based on design conclusion, this paper analyzes the advantages of design simulation software bag filter. This software has knowledge base management function, process simulation function, etc.%文章以某燃煤电厂300MW机组原始资料为研究对象，参考了新的火电厂大气污染物排放标准（GB13223—2011）中对除尘方面的最新要求，以Visual Basic6．0语言为开发工具，分别从仿真软件的需求分析、内容、层次结构等方面描述了软件开发的缘由和总体的开发思路，探讨了该仿真软件的界面功能设计和界面的美化等，并通过设计结论，分析了袋式除尘器仿真设计软件的各种优点。该软件具有知识库管理功能、工艺仿真功能等。
