煤改气后燃气锅炉循环供热节能环保设计方法研究

         

摘要

传统集中燃气锅炉节能控制方法,在煤改气后,过去只基于用户需求自主调控风机和水泵的转速调控热负荷,存在锅炉资源浪费严重的问题,节能控制效果差的问题.因此,提出新的燃气锅炉循环供热节能环保设计方法,分析不同锅炉数量和功率下锅炉的燃料消耗和发热情况,采用分布式的供热形式能提高资源的利用率,释放更多热量;采用转速控制和风阀控制相结合的方式,对锅炉辅助设备送风机转速进行控制,提高锅炉负荷率;采用变频技术设计补水泵变频定压系统,根据室外温度和用热量来对水泵运行参数实施调整,实现锅炉循环供热的节能控制.实验结果说明,所提方法节能减排效果佳,经济效益以及环境效益高.%The energy saving control method of traditional centralized gas fired boiler can't regulate the speed of fan and pump independently and adjust the frequency of heat load autonomously based on user needs after coal conversion to gas. There is a seri-ous waste of boiler resources and poor energy saving control effect. Therefore, put forward the new gas-fired boiler circulation heating energy saving and environmental protection design method,analysis of fuel consumption and heat quantity and power boil-er under different boiler,heating the form of distributed can improve resource utilization,releases more heat;the wind speed con-trol and valve control combination of boiler auxiliary equipment blower speed control,improve the boiler load;frequency conver-sion technique is adopted to design a water pump constant pressure system,according to the outdoor temperature and heat pump operating parameters to implement the adjustment, implementation of energy saving control circulation boiler. The experimental results show that the proposed method has good effect on energy saving and emission reduction,and the economic and environmen-tal benefits are high.
