多种污泥固化剂固化效果的研究分析

摘要

Treatment effects of six formulas of curing agents for sludge were compared and analyzed. The results showed that using the curing agents in conditions of fine days, the moisture content of sludge was reduced to 30% from 80% after 4 days' natural drying, the sludge maintained low alkalinity (pH <10), released less ammonia than 200 mg/L, and the color of sludge changed from black to light yellow (close to the color of soil).%通过6种配方的污泥固化剂的处理效果的比较分析,得出固化剂的利用能够使污泥处理效果:晴朗天气条件下,污泥固化后经过4d的养护,含水率可由80％降至30％,保持低碱度(pH＜10),氨气释放量200 mg/L以下,颜色由黑色转变为淡黄色(接近泥土颜色).
