基于灰色关联分析和层次分析法的生活垃圾转运站建设评价研究

摘要

针对生活垃圾转运站建设评价中灰色不确定性,应用灰色关联分析来展开转运站建设评价研究,同时引入层次分析法(AHP),用以解决灰色关联分析中权重分配问题,建立起基于AHP的生活垃圾转运站建设灰色关联分析评价模型,评价指标采自建标117-2009生活垃圾转运站工程项目建设标准,最后将模型用于5个样本转运站评价中,得出满意评价结果,指出了该标准存在的问题并给出建议.%Aiming at the grey uncertainty in the assessment of municipal solid waste (MSW) transfer station construction,a grey correlation analysis (GCA) method was adopted in this paper to assess the construction of MSW transfer station.To address the weight allocation issue in GCA,analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was employed.By combining the two methods,a model of MSW transfer station construction assessment was built,in which evaluating indicators were chosen from the current industry standard of assessment on the project construction of municipal solid waste transfer station JGJ 117-2009.Then the model was applied in the assessment of five MSW transfer stations,satisfactory results were achieved,some problems and their solutions in the standard were also presented in the paper.
