风对机械炉排炉燃烧控制的影响分析

摘要

通过对生活垃圾机械炉排炉焚烧总风量和一、二次风配比以及实际燃烧效果的分析,阐述了风量和风温的调节对于生活垃圾焚烧状态的影响,认为应在保证总风量的基础上,根据气候条件调节风温,控制好一次风在各个风室的分配,重点调配好二次风占比,保证二次风吹入强度.%Through the analysis of total air demand,ratio of primary and secondary air,and actual combustion status,the influence on incineration control of air flow and temperature was discussed.The results showed that we should satisfy the total air demand,adjust the air temperature according to the climate conditions,control primary air distribution in each air chamber,and guarantee the ratio and the intensity of secondary air.
