城市社区地下室环境问题探析——以南京JM社区为例

We analyzed the basement environmental problems of JM community in Nanjing,such as the clutter of liv ing garbage,dwelling or renting shops,the animal stocking,the disorderly collection of wires,etc.and their causes.We also determined "five-party talks to discuss countermeasures",put forward the implementation of the volunteer system,residents micro-fund autonomy system and WeChat platform issued by the joint supervision and management methods.%分析了南京JM社区地下室存在的生活垃圾杂乱堆放、地下室住人或出租商铺、地下室动物放养、线路乱接等环境问题及产生原因.确定了“五方会谈商议对策”,提出了实行志愿者体系、居民微基金自治制度及微信平台上联下达的监督管理方法.
