600MW燃煤汽轮发电机组湿式电除尘器改造试验分析

摘要

某电厂600MW燃煤汽轮发电机组进行湿式电除尘器改造,在脱硫吸收塔出口加装湿式除尘器.改造之后对湿式电除尘器的除尘效率、本体阻力、进出口的烟尘浓度、雾滴去除率、硫酸雾去除率、本体噪声等进行性能试验,达到了超低排放标准.本次改造为其他同类型机组除尘器改造提供参考,为燃煤电厂环保技术监督管理提供了指导.%a technical reform had been carried out for the dust removal system of a 600MW coal-fired steam turbine generator unit in a power plant, during which a set of wet electrostatic precipitator was installed in the outlet of desulfurization tower.After the technical reform, the dust removal efficiency, the bulk resistance, the concentration of smoke and dust in the inlet and outlet, the removal rate of the fog, the removal rate of the sulfuric acid mist and the noise of the body were tested and the results showed that all emission indicators tested can meet relevant ultra low emission standards.The reform provides reference not only for the dust removal of the same unit type, but also the guidance for technological supervision and management for the environmental protection of coal-fired power plants.
